Staten Island Learning Center is dedicated to providing personalized tutoring and academic support for students across Staten Island. Staffed by New York State Certified Special Education teachers, the Center focuses on helping students reach their unique educational goals through explicit, cognitive, and cumulative instruction delivered in one-on-one settings. Its services are designed to increase confidence and mastery, offering in-person sessions at the Learning Center, in-home instruction, and remote options to best suit each family’s needs.

The Center’s mission is to motivate young minds and ensure every student receives the support necessary to achieve academic success. By offering individualized tutoring, mandated SETSS (Special Education Teacher Support Services), homework help, and test preparation—including NYS Test Prep, SHSAT, and TACHS—the Learning Center strives to remove educational barriers and foster growth for learners at various grade levels.

Social Development Learning Pod groups create a nurturing environment that encourages collaboration and emotional development among young students, enriching the learning process.
